Every tool that runs in your browser is free and unlimited. Converting and compressing run on EU servers: 20 operations a month without an account, 100 with one. Signature requests are paid in Signovoza with credits – only when you send.
What happens to my files?+
No permanent document archive: browser tools upload nothing. Server tools delete the file after 60 minutes at the latest. Only what you explicitly save is kept: your own templates (until you delete them) and share links (24 hours).
What is a template?+
The layout of a form with fields, roles and defaults. Every new copy starts empty – values and photos of the last copy are never carried over.
Do I need an account?+
Not to download. You need an account for your own templates and to get a document signed with Signovoza.
How is Docuvoza related to Signovoza?+
Same company, one account, one balance. Docuvoza prepares and adds fields for the participants; Signovoza sends, collects the signatures and provides the evidence.
Does it work on a phone?+
Yes. On a phone you fill in a list of fields with large inputs. Creating templates is more comfortable on a desktop.
