What is an operation?

One file through a tool that runs on our servers in the EU instead of in your browser. Everything that runs in the browser – merge, split, organise, sign, forms, scan – never counts.

You buy credits. Operations come from them.

One credit at a time, and only once the month's free allowance is used up. In Signovoza one credit is one signature request.

What a pack unlocks

Every pack bought once unlocks for good: several workspaces and files up to 200 MB, plus saving to Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox. In Docuvoza and in Signovoza.

Numbers are provisional

The free allowance (20 / 100) and the rate (25 operations per credit) are provisional until the market review is decided.

Questions about pricing

What happens when the free allowance is used up?

You see it right on the button: “1 operation · from credits”. If you have credits, the operation runs. If not, choose a pack or wait until the 1st of the month. Nothing runs without you knowing.

Do purchased credits expire?

No. Only promotional credits have an expiry date, and it is shown where you receive them.

I already bought a pack in Signovoza.

Then it is here too: same account, same credits, same unlocks. A purchase in one product counts in both.

Do credits belong to the workspace?

No, to the account. All your workspaces share them.

Are there invoices?

Yes, as a PDF with VAT shown. Business customers enter their VAT ID at checkout.
