Tools that run in your browser
Merge, split, organise, images to PDF, scan, sign, forms, annotate, watermark and the workspace process your file entirely on your device. The file is not sent to us. We see neither its content nor its name.
A working copy stays in your browser’s storage so that a reload loses nothing, and is deleted after seven days without use. Saved signatures stay in your browser only and can be deleted there at any time.
Tools that run on our servers
Convert, compress, protect and unlock need software that does not run in a browser. The file is sent encrypted to a server in the European Union, processed there and deleted at the latest 60 minutes after upload. “Delete now” on the result does this at once. Passwords for protect and unlock are never stored.
For each operation we keep only: tool, page count, file size, duration and, for signed-in users, the file name for your activity list. Never the content.
What is kept
No lasting document storage. Only what you explicitly save is kept: your own templates (blank, without filled-in values) until you delete them, and share links for 24 hours.
Account and credits
The account is shared with Signovoza. Account data, workspaces and credits are processed by the same controller. Payment data is processed by the payment provider; we store no card numbers.
