1. Service
Docuvoza provides tools for working on documents. Tools in the browser are free of charge. Tools on our servers come with a monthly free allowance; beyond it, credits are used.
2. Credits
Credits are bought once as a pack and are valid in Docuvoza and Signovoza. They never expire. One credit equals 25 operations in Docuvoza or one signature request in Signovoza. There is no automatic renewal.
3. Files
Docuvoza is not a document store. Files on our servers are deleted after 60 minutes at the latest, share links after 24 hours; your own templates stay until you delete them. You are responsible for keeping your results.
