How it works
- 01Choose the scan. It opens in your browser, even with 100 pages.
- 02Type the ranges, one per document, for example 1-2, 3, 4-7; or choose “Every n pages” if all documents are the same length.
- 03Split and download all files as a ZIP.
Frequently asked questions
Is the scan uploaded?+
No. Splitting runs in your browser; the file never leaves your device. A working copy stays in this browser only and is removed after 7 days.
How large can the scan be?+
We set no limit. A 100-page, 60 MB scan works on current phones. If a file is too large for your device, we tell you before anything goes wrong.
Does the tool find the documents by itself?+
No. You type the ranges; the thumbnails of all pages help you find the first page of each document. If all documents are the same length, “Every n pages” is enough.
What are the files called?+
After the original, followed by the pages, for example Scan-p4-7.pdf. Several files come together in one ZIP file.
One page is upside down. What now?+
Turn it before or after with “Organize pages”. That runs in your browser too and is free.
Will the text be searchable?+
Only if your scanner already made it so. Splitting keeps the pages as they are; we do not run text recognition.

Why Docuvoza
No account, no subscription, no document storage. Most tools run on your device; the rest in the EU, deleted after 60 minutes. And when someone has to sign: one click to Signovoza, with the same account and credits.
One pass, many documents
Scanners with a document feeder are handy: the whole stack goes through in one pass. What comes out, though, is often a single file with an invoice, a letter from the doctor and an insurance notice one after another. To file them or send them on, you need each document on its own.
Ranges as when printing
Give one range per document, separated by commas: 1-2, 3, 4-7 gives three files. 9- means from page 9 to the end. Before splitting you see which files you will get, and you can change your input at any time. If all documents are the same length, two-page forms for example, choose “Every n pages”.
Blank back pages
Double-sided scanning often produces blank back pages. Simply leave them out of your ranges, or remove them afterwards with “Organize pages”.
Private because it runs on your device
Scanned post is often personal. That is why splitting happens in your browser: no upload, no server that sees the pages, no waiting.
